As a rule, we do not collect special personal data. We simply do not think this is necessary for our services and we want to keep the law. The only exception to this is the BSN that we need from our own employees.

WHEN DO WE COLLECT DATA?
We collect your data if you approach us and leave data with us. This can be done by mail, our website, telephone, social media or via a different route. If you publish your data on a public network, we may store (part of) your data that is publicly available on Linkedin. If we want to approach you in the future because we think we can be of service to you, we have all the information at hand.
WHY DO WE GATHER DATA?
Curiosity Change Drives brings together supply and demand on the labor market. In order to be able to carry out our work well and to help employers to the best employees and vice versa, we need a good picture of both the (potential) employer and the employee and his / her preferences. If we suspect a match, we need data to approach you. As far as social media is concerned, we limit ourselves to the business networks (such as Linkedin) and we only use it to get a good picture of the person we are dealing with.
In addition, we regularly organize events or knowledge sessions. In order to invite you to this, we need certain information from you. The same applies to new products or services that we come up with and we want to test whether these services are interesting for you.
Of course we also need data to process (financial) transactions.
If you have created a profile on our website, we want to give you the best service if you need support when using it.
WHO SEE YOUR DATA?
We share your data with the following parties:

We have signed a processor agreement with the Survey Anyplace. This includes determining where the personal data may be processed and what security measures must be taken where the personal data is stored. It also states that those who process the data must treat it confidentially and may not process it for any other purpose than stated in the processor agreement.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE YOUR DATA?
We do not store your data longer than necessary. If we keep your details because we introduce you to a client of ours and you are rejected, we still want to keep your data. This is because we may want to approach you for an assignment in the future. Do not you prefer this? Let us know and we will delete all your data.
If we have not had contact with you for more than two years, we will delete your data. If we speak to each other and you do not indicate that you want your data to be deleted, we assume that you also find it useful that we have your data. The 2-year period will then start running again. Of course you can ask at any time whether we delete your data. Remember, however, that we are obliged to retain some data from the legislator. These are, for example, data that are important for the tax authorities.

Refresh or view your cookie consent
Your personal data are processed by us for entering into and executing recruitment and selection services and managing the resulting relationships, including carrying out activities aimed at increasing the customer base. We use Exact CRM to process the data entered via the forms. Data requested via forms on our website are required for the above reasons. If the personal data is not provided, we can not contact you or, in the case of a newsletter registration, inform you about our services and activities.
If you fill in a contact / quote, newsletter subscriber form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail necessary for the complete answering and handling thereof.

Security
All data exchanged with Curiosity Change Drives via our website is encrypted with SSL security based on the HTTPS protocol. Data you leave behind by completing a form is stored in the database of our Customer Relationship Management system. The data is stored in accordance with current legislation and in accordance with the ISO27001 standard.
Visit data and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track aggregate visitor data and to analyze how effective our AdWords ads are with Google search result pages. The data is therefore used for statistical analysis of visitor and click behavior on the website. We also optimize the operation of the website. We have also set Google Analytics privacy-friendly, so that IP addresses are anonymized and data is sent over a secure connection.
We have a processor agreement with Google. The statistical data is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in Europe and the United States.
